Patient Feedback – We are listening

Your feedback helps us to build upon what works well and to improve what could be better.

How to feedback?

We have our own online patient feedback system (see the form below).

This is a confidential way for our patients, their families and the wider public to share their healthcare experiences, good or bad and for us to learn from those experiences.

It is important to note that you will not receive a direct response to the specific issues you raise via our website. However, your comments will be used to drive forward change.

Care Opinion

This is a public website, run by an independent organisation. Patients and families can use this site to provide anonymous feedback about their experiences in any of our services within the last three years.
